Music Arts Director

Quest is the 44th fastest growing church in the nation seeking Music Arts Director to lead in a seeker-targeted church of 3,000 providing creative music leadership with an innovative edge. Must have a passion for creating modern worship experiences, integrating cutting-edge performed songs (from U2 & Nickelback to Kirk Franklin) along with worship arrangements that draw hearts toward life-changing encounters with Jesus. Must have musical expertise & a heart to lead a team of volunteers (50+) to make it happen. In this role you will be able to do what you love in a place where real people are being transformed daily from unconvinced into wholehearted followers of Jesus.

To implement their skills and experience in youth ministry—and lead volunteers and students to make a real difference in this generation. Specifically we are looking for someone that is passionate about youth ministry and has the experience and abilities to take our Senior High and Middle School ministries to the “next level” of 300+ students.
